I've had a request from a fabricator to include some ties between pairs of braced girders as they are concerned about tolerances on straighness which could affect the placing of the permanent formwork panels.
They reference table 8 in 5400-6, but I'm having trouble determining the tolerances from this, in particular, I don't see how the inclusion of bracing is accounted for in the equations.
Does anyone have experiance of using this document?
