When I saw your spreadsheet, I thought "no way, too big & too complex." But I tried both ways, and both worked with satisfactory results (I think). Take a look at the screen shot attached. I'm using R18.
Copy & Paste resulted in an .ole object on the drawing that I could move and scale. And it's linked back to the Excel spreadsheet.
Surprisingly, the Table From CSV method worked fine (after I deleted all but the first worksheet), but it did need some work to format the table to match the spreadsheet. I could fix the sub-components in the PN column by merging cells and resizing columns. The extra colummns in the Material/Remarks can be deleted. No link, but I'm able to edit/add text, change text font & size, etc. Remember when working with a Table, always double click to edit it
And both printed fine also.
