Branch Reinforcing Pad

How to create Brach Reinforcing Pad as per picture below in Solidworks in sheet metal.

Larger ID = 50 mm, Thickness is 2 mm, and Small ID 20 mm, Thickness is 2 mm

I can't open your file at the moment but have mocked one approach, I'm sure there's a better/quicker approach but it may give you an idea
