I'm able to find code for boundary elements for solving Laplace's equation but this tends to be for the simpler cases of mid-side/constant elements. Does any one know of code that can be downloaded for higher order elements (linear and above), or a suitable book that has such code? Code (or a reference) that also has the ability of sub-dividing the domain into separate material regions would also be useful.
