BOTTLE VOLUME

Hi Guys
can anybody tell me what is the proper method to calculate the bottle volume??
I am using the copy surface method in assy. After assemble the bottle in assy, copy the inner surface in a new part, and closing it at required height, after that make it solidify and calculate the mass properties.
Is that any easy method available???
Is this possible to use liter or oz units in calculation??
