Borehole submersible pump repair

Is it possible/recommended to repair a borehole submersible pump e.g rewind the motor locally? Will it be hermetically seal? If yes can you plz give me some make of good quality?
We are looking for an equivalent to the following nameplate. Thks

They say that these are rewindable.
Finding someone that wants to do it, and getting the correct wire, motor fill fluid, and seals is another issue.
