The Publishers of Murmansk state technical university (MGTU) plans to publish in I quarter 2004 scholastic allowance of professor Anatoly Vlasov's "Termovision diagnostics of objects of electro- and teploenergy (the diagnostic models)", which deals with electro- and teplophysics, high-tension technology, theories electric device and measurements, IR-technology, theories of the transmission and information handling, mathematical statistics and other disciplines.
In different chapters allowances consecutively are considered the main property of the heat radiation (the chapter 1), physical bases termovision diag-nostics (the chapter 2), including, quantitative natures of the processes heat con-ductivity from different surfaces, particularities heat flow in air and oil gap. Em-phases are spared calculation of the ratio heat conductivity from real object and comparison accounting given with the known literary given (the chapter 3). In chapter 4 are considered diagnostic models termovision checking real object, in-cluding: high-tension transformer of the voltage and current, high-tension break-ers, communicating insulator with paper-oil insulating the capacitor type. In chapter 5 are considered questions of the development active heat mode, includ-ing at studying no steady heat processes for study of parameter dielectrics. In chapter 6 considered questions of statistical data processing termovision check-ing on example of the contact joining the high-tension equipment, on base which dares the task of the technical diagnostics - a prediction of the technical state, determinations parameter to reliability, gamma-percent resource etc. At chapter 7 is put analysis of the methods diagnostics towards target teploenergy with ref-erence to, main pipeline, fence vein houses and production buildings.
In allowance are generalized materials of the scientific works of the au-thor, writing in different research Russian journals, including: "Elektrotechnic", "Industrial energy", "Electric stations" and others.
The volume of the allowance before 250 pages comprises of itself 7 chap-ters, list of literature on problem termovision -190 titles.
