Farzad Naiem's Seismic Design Handbook. For wind and earthquake there is another book available from William Hall (Univ. of Illinois). You may want to check with the book websites like Amazon, Barnes Noble or Borders. Often times you can pick up a good used book relatively inexpensive at Powells.com.
