I'm looking for a book with mathematical foundation of cyclic symetry analyse (I would appreciate a lot if there were a lot of details).

I know about the MSC/NASTRAN users manual on cyclic symmetry, which has quite a bit of theoretical background

Refer to PDF page 602 of the MSC Nastran 2012 Linear Static Analysis User's Guide. Please refer to Simcompanion.mscsoftware.com for any initial questions you my have regarding MSC Nastran.


I haven't personally used cyclic symmetry since it appears to be a capability used in a time when computers were very resource limited.
