Bonding PVC and Surface Finish

I have 2 PVC custom machined parts I'm bonding together. What is a good surface finish call out for both parts? Thanks

Assuming you are bonding with adhesive, in principle the surface must be even, clean, dry, smooth, free of sharp edges, fins, loose or foreign materials, oil, grease etc.
