Bonding Polypropylene to Acrylic Painted Steel

Does anyone know of an adhesive or prep treatment that will allow us to bond a polypropylene material to an acrylic painted steel? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

3M have some adhesives for difficult to glue plastics like PP and PE.

The bond will obviously also be limited by the bond of the acrylic to the steel.
