Bonding plastic LED to Titanium?

I am inserting a standard 5mm LED, plastic domed variety, into a bore in 6AL4V Titanium. I would appreciate suggestions for an epoxy, or adhesive, that would bond reasonably well--there wouldn't be much in the way of external force applied to the LED--and be watertight, as well.

Based on your description, any adhesive should work.

Nothing extraordinary for temperature variations, from freezing to 100-degrees Fahrenheit.

I've heard from Henkel and they are suggesting E-00CL, so I'll give that a try.

Main parameters of interest will be low viscosity so you do not have to over-size the housing to enable filling, and presumably a decent optical performance if you are completely encapsulating the LED. Mechanical performance requirement appears to be fairly undemanding: a polyester or epoxy would be more than adequate. Have a Google for [blue]water clear casting resin[/blue] which will return plenty of options.
