bonding fibre composite to aluminium (-31 to 44d)eg C 1

I need to proove a reinforcement design concept proposal of bonding an 8mm thick composite strip to the upper surfaces of each of the varying thickness flanges of an inverted T aluminium extrusion in a product which has an operational temperature range of -31 to 44 deg C.What bond product should I specify?
 
MAMB Check the thermal expansion factors for the Aluminium and your cpmposite layer. the temerature range will cause sufficient shear force to separate the two different materials unless you bond them with something like a layer of vulcanised rubber which allows some flexibility. if your Composite is very thin or very flexible then the adhesive shear strength might be enough to resist the tension caused by differential expansion , but very thin means very thin, not 8 mm.

Three terms that cannot be used in the same sentence.
 
Rivets in slotted holes, epoxy adhesive (that curls the aluminum extrusion with delta temperature), sliding clips as used in standing seam roof assembly.
