Bolted Joints

Hi All,
I have Frame which is has got a fixed support at the foot of the frame and joints of the frame are bolted,i would appreciate if some one could give me pointers on how to simulate bolted joints.

I am using ansys wb.

Hi,
look for "Bolt Pretension" in the Ansys Workbench Manual.
You can also do it yourself via APDL (PRETS command and associated ones), it's more powerful but really much more complicated.
