Bolted Joint Stiffness Analysis in SolidWorks Simulation

Wondering if the Solidworks Simulation Connector feature takes into account member vs. bolt stiffness when calculating Connector Forces (i.e. using the joint stiffness coefficient 'C'). If so, the axial Connector force SW outputs should = preload + C*(applied load). Getting wacky numbers and curious if anyone has a better understanding of the SW Connector Force calculation process. Thanks!
