I need to find the bolt preload for a 2 side threaded bolt. Could some one help me how to find the preload.

Every actually has an equal and opposite reaction. The preload is the same whether one side threaded or two.

The bolt preload is uniform throughout the stud imagine you put one end in a tapped hole and at the other end you tighten a nut against a member face, the thread in the tapped hole sees the same tension as the threaded part in the nut.
We can’t help you any more than that because you haven’t given any info, ie size and length of stud, material and or application of the stud.
