Hi!

I'am trying to simulate bolt-nut tightening (with certain value of torque) to obtain bolt elongation which will be input for the Adjust length method in Bolt Load in another sim. Actually i've no idea how to do that.
I've tried to use small sliding/specify for single-threaded bolt method in interaction between nut and bolt and then applying torque load to RP (constrained/coupling with nut inner surface) but thats not working for me.

Any tips for me?

Sorry for my english, i hope it's possible to understand what i wrote.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Could it be possible by using some sort of mechanism (with friction to simulate thread friction)(I do not know how to do this atm)?

Is it absolutely neccesary to include the torsion? Is it not possible to specify the axial load and let the elongation become what it needs to be?

Best regards,
