Is there a resource, web based preferably, that describes the different classes and grades of bolts and example applications?

I think that it comes up when you use Google. What specific information do you need that they don't have on their site?

There are a number of websites that have good basic information on property class/grade, mechanical properties, etc. Bossard and Maryland Metric are just two that immediately spring to mind:

A simple Google search yielded many more.

Thanks for the help guys. The links are great. As for the Google option, I must not be very good at it because all I got was a ton of sellers and distributers. But with your excellent assistance I found the answer I was looking for.
