I have placed a bmp image onto a sketch for a tetra pack product, but it does not show in .idw, how do I overcome this?
Many thanks in advance

The only way to get it to show is to change it to a rendered view.

Just clarification. Its "shaded" view not rendered view.
To have a decal show in the IDW you need to change that view type to shaded.

Thanks for the replies, i have the view shaded but BMP not there!
Any ideas?

Is is visible in the model? Does it appear as an icon? If you set your default picture viewer to MS Paint.

I have you just added the picture to an existing model? If so is your view associative?

Perhaps try a jpeg or png, they also have smaller file sizes?

You need to use the decal functionality on that sketch.
