blurred information/+- not showing up

I have just installed mathcad v12 and when i try to input this information


1/12 it gets covered in black and i can't see the information. the same goes for any place where i use +-/x any of you guys know what might be wrong ?

No clue about your issue.

All I can say is that I'm sorry you have V12 and didn't wait long enough to get V13 instead. While not the worst program I've ever used, V12 has problems. I recently got V11 on my computer and it is a lot better.

HAve you installed the updates to v12? You may need to disable graphics acceleration. You may also need to reinstall.
