blow out door design help needed

im a contractor bidding a job to install new blow out doors in small buildings that deal with explosives. currently they have 4'x10' panels that are held on with magnets. i have seen plastic bolts used in a blow out door once and like that design better but i dont know what is acceptable. is there any guidelines for this?
