Hi. I am working on a project that requires a BLDC gear motor to drive a pulley. I am looking for a sample of Design FMEA for the BLDC gear motor. I need help. Thanks.

Usually that is something you would get from your supplier. Asking for somebody else's DFMEA kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it?
