Blade Design for a Static Thrust Ducted Fan

I am looking for information on how to design a Static Thrust Ducted Fan Rotor. I have information on how to design one for forward flight, but no information to optimize the rotor design for static lift. I understand there is a large difference in the shape of an aircraft propeller (optimized for forward velocity) and a helicopter main rotor blade (optimized for vertical lift). What about a 6 ft diameter Ducted Fan for static thrust/lift?
