I am looking for a software dedicated for the geotechnical engineer which can model excavation support systems, foundation systems and retaining walls (MSE, gravity, etc.) and produce complete set of drawings with tables and schedules.

Rockware is very powerful for geotechnical investigations but not intended to model systems such as soldier pile and lagging, sheet pile and tiebacks, rock socketed drilled shafts, etc.

Revit is tailored for structural engineering and not intuitive for a geotechnical engineering items.

I don't have much experience in Civil 3D but the geotechnical module has very basic functionality for boring logs, profiles and sections.
