I was recently given a BH curve for Tempcor electrical steel. The horizontal scale, H, was given as "Amp Turns Per Inch". I'm used to seeing just "Amp Turns". The vertical axis was given as "Kilolines per square Inch".

I can make sense of the vertical axis but I'm trying to make sense of the "... per inch" part of the horizontal scale and can't quite see it. Would it be maybe inches of depth?

Never mind the above - not enough coffee this morning!
