I am new to NX 9, and am trying to find the quickest way to dimension a hole (counterbore, threaded, etc.) in drafting? Also, what if the hole is from the backside in the view?
Since dimensioning a 'hole' is in essence applying a dimension to a 'radial' object, creating a 'Hole Callout' is now an option on the 'Radial' Dimension dialog. Just set the Measurement 'Method' to 'Hole Callout'. And yes, you can select Holes which are either on the 'front' side of the view as well those holes on the 'back' shown as hidden lines (this includes both normal and side views), as seen below:
