Best Software for Shall-and-Tube Heat Exchangers Design

I am a mechanical engineer just graduated and I need to start to desing TEMA shall-and-tube heat exchangers. I'd like to know which software you advise me to buy or BETTER to download for free, since the engineering company I'm working with hasn't allowed yet the purchase.
