Best Rubber Compound to support metal tubing?

Hi All

I am looking for a specific type of Rubber Compund thast will support metal tubing, holding a weight of a maximum on 25kgs. The rubber must be flexible and waterproof.

Can anyone point me out to what rubber I can use?
