Hello - trying to figure out how to calculate the pull on the belt...

Motor:
-Pulley pitch dia. = 2.23"
-HP = 1.5 (service factor: 1.7 = 2.55 HP)
-RPM = 1165
-Torque: 81 in-lbs

Spindle:
-Pulley pitch dia. = 2.86"

Belt
-Span: 9.49"
-tension = 78.68 lbs
-Belt mass: 3.9 g/m
-Width: 25 mm (1")

_____ lbf

There is a calc. that I downloaded, and it ends up being 94lbf. Trying to avoid using the calculator as there are hundreds of applications that need belt pull added for a spreadsheet + the calculator is clunky.

Yes - but still struggling to find what I need.
