Belt Connection

Using Mechanism I try to make a connection betwen pulley and a shaft using a belt, the thing that I would like to ask is how to make the belt movesfollowing the shaft rotation and after that the belt moves the pulley if I connect aservo motoron the shaft?.

unfortunately there is no belt connection in ProE so far. A work-around is gear connection which works well.
