behaviour of HDPE pipe subjected to biaxial loading

I'm interested if anyone has any information/references on the behaviour of HDPE pipe subjected to a hoop stress from a pressurized fluid, in combination with tensile axial loading. Specifically, how does the pipe behave in a horizontal directional drilling pull-back while pressurized.

I'm planning on doing some testing of 2" HDPE pipe under these conditions in the lab and I was looking if anyone has any knowledge of similar test results or related publications.
