can i use 7314B NSK bearing white à Cages made of sheet steel replacing a 7314 BECBM that i found installed on my pump

You can. I would not recommend it. I believe the machined brass cage delivers better reliability in most services.

An SKF 7314 BECBM bearing has a 10% higher dynamic load rating than a NSK 7314B bearing. Not much difference in price between them. I'd pay a few bucks more for the SKF bearing.
