BCB(Benzocyclobutene) Mat'l

Hi there to all Mat'l Eng'rs,

Could anyone out there share where can I obtain material properties of Benzocylobutene(BCB) and application? I would greatly appreciate your help.

I tried to find "Benzocyclobutene BCB" but all I found was -BCB = Bromochlorophenol Blue [2553-71-1]. Can you check the spelling?

Evidently it's a Dow product. A monomer added to increase flammability resistance.

I'll still look other mat'l property (Poisson's ratio) for my simulation analysis. I'll just assume to have equivalent
value with polymer if I can't find it.
