When we select charger for substation battery, is there nay base to choose voltage level, like 120V or 208V or 240V ?
What is an impact by choosing different?

when I replace charger, if existing one is working at 208V. Can I install new one with 120V?

I'd say it depends on what voltage is available. Since it's a replacement, it might be easiest to match the existing.
