I have 9 Strings of Battery bank (35 cells per bank)
6 strings are connected in series to get a voltage of 476V (As an input to the UPS Inverter).
3 strings are connected in parallel to support the loads for a longer time.

9 x 35 = 315 Cells (Total number of cells including the series and parallel connected)
6 x 35 = 210 Cells (Series connected cells which produces a voltage of 476V)

Which one (315 Cells or 210 Cells) should I consider in the below equation (for "No. of cells")? The battery banks have been purchased. Now that loads/Autonomy have been increased, would like to check if the Battery AH is sufficient or not?

To get 476V with 210 cells, Voltage per cell will have to be 2.27V. Is that as per the data sheet?
For Battery AH capacity calculation, we take one string (i.e. 210 cells) in the formula.
Manufacturers provide a factor to be considered for arriving at increased AH capacity, if to strings are in parallel.
How do you parallel 105 cells with 210 cells??
