Baseline / Interim Plan

Can there be two baselines on a Microsoft Project Schedule? How do you create the second one? (I realize I can add up to 10 Interim Plans, but Interim Plans only save the task start and finish dates. The Baseline saves about 20 different pieces of info) Thanks.
