The wording of your question is very hard to understand.
Do you mean a 'Tee' fitting with bars inside to prevent a 'Pig' from getting caught in the branch?
Can you explain better or attach a picture or drawing?

In both cases they allow pigs our spheres to travel down the main pipe witty accidentally flowing up the branch.

The barred section is to prevent a pig going through the larger line from potentially getting stuck in the side connection.
