Ball Valve: sour gas service: 16" - 24" size range, 600#, trim material Inconel 625

Dear Friends,

plz suggest me is ball material for subject case is solid Inconel or shall be CS(A105N) with alloy 625 weld overlay

As either solid Inconel valve or CS w/ Inconel overlay valve are suitable for the application, the valve cost and the lead time can be the factors for the material selection.

I agree with mk3223, but note that limitations might be end users requirements and demand for certifications, Inconel overlay most commonly will be certified by tests and demanded done by qualified welders with welding certificates for the process.

resistance.

want to know the above requirement is mandatory & where it is specified?
