I am looking for ballscrew which equipped with controllable linear clutch to control engaging/disengaging of the ballscrew's nut. Therefore, when this nut is disengaged, the nut can move freely under the external load without any effect on the ballscrew. And when the nut is engaged, the ballscrew will move the nut up or down according to the rotation direction. Does anyone have an idea?

Linear motor?

-handleman, CSWP (The new, easy test)

Linear drive nut is manually controlled via lever to switch between engage and disengage. Is there an electrical controlled one instead of the manual one?
