Is there a way to get a ball drilled hole besides the way I go about it?
Here is what I have been doing to get the ball drill results.
I change the drill angle on my drilled holes from °118 to °180 which makes the bottom flat.
I then go in and create a fillet say of .25 for a Ø.500 ball drill.
Is there an easier way of doing this?

that's alot of dancin' around.
try extrude cut for cutting axial
revolve cut for radial

look at help menu's to get you started.
think of the sketch as the cutter.

I don't know if you are plunging or what you are doing with the cutter, hence the lengthy explanation.
