balancing load in post-tensioned beams

hi everyone, im currently doing a structural investigation for a 20-storey building. I would like to ask, where can I find the approximate balancing loads for post-tensioned beams? and how to use it? thanks a lot. :)

Look in the PCI Manual, Appendix (Design Aid 15.1.4)
