Let me qualify my request… I am seeking anyone with technical knowledge on the following Boeing Fastener: BACN11AT16 I need a Qualified and Verifiable cross reference if available.

If you need Qualified AND Verifiable, then you need to check the Repair Manual QPL section. Boeing is the only authority that can determine that.

What aircraft model is that for?

This part number is not in the D-590 Boeing to vendor cross reference.

You might like to try the SPS website for inserts of the style you seek.
If you give them the Boeing pn tehey may well be able to provide a suitable alternate. You will probably need to seek an independant approval for it though, if you are not using Boeing data.
