This seems like it should be a simple problem, but I feel like I'm going around in circles. How can I calculate the volumetric flow rate if all I know is the line size and the line pressure. I have a 1.5" welded, seamless steel pipe with 55 psi and I need to figure out the flow rate, assuming fully turbulent flow. What assumptions do I need to make? Can I use Bernoulli's? Any help is appreciated.

rather than try to calculate it, why not just measure it? You can do that easily with a portable, ultrasonic flowmeter.
