B 193-02 test method for resistivity of electrical conductors

I am seeking advice on what type of equipment is used to perform resistivity testing on electrical conductor materials as described in ASTM standard, B 193-02

You might request from an Accredited Laboratory an offer to perform this test for you on your hardware, and ask them to specify the equipment they would employ.
