I am designing a Axial Flux Interior MKagnet BLDC motor (Pancake). I found that there are plenty software that will do the sizing and magnetic analysis for Radial Flux machine, but nothing for Axial Flux machine. Anyone have any idea?

The motor I am designing is:
16 Pole 48 slot 3 phase Y connection
Nd Fe B magnet M45H grade. (100 degree C)
Rotor Magnet thickness 25.4 mm
Axia gap 1.5mm
Air gap Flux density 1.2T
Rotor outer diameter 40 CM
2800 RPM, 150KW (200HP)
Stator material M19 silicon steel.
Stator winding density 8 A / mm square
Stator is liquid cooled.
Supply voltage 430 DC with 6 step IGBT Inverter.

I did all my hand calculation, but without a simulation software, I just don't feel comfortable - I never build an Axial Flux machine before.

I'm not certain but Motorsoft may be able to handle axial machines.

You could possibly contract with them to verify your design.
