Does anyone have a copy of the paper by Richard Nailsen that was referenced in this thread?

I think this might be it attached (maybe someone else knows).

Although the author is listed as Wooddall, the publication is Electrical Apparatus (where Nailen publishes the vast majority of the articles), and the site mentioned at the end is mastercontrols. If it’s not the same article, would be quite a coincidence.

There is a little-known website called archive.org that periodically takes "snapshots" of the web, saving web pages. It is a very hand tool in cases like this where the original link is known but has since been taken down. This should be the article you are looking for:
