some dumb suggestions
1) If you are, or a mate is,enrolled at the local uni get down to the elctrical eng or physics section of the library. I use my daughter (shes doing nursing but they never notice that!!!)
2) McGraw Hill seem to be the standard publishers of technical texts so they may have a link or cattledog available. One that springs to mind is "modern electronic communication" Author not known its on my desk at work.
3) Seeing you're in the auto industry check out the quality manual of one of the makers say Mitsubishi's 6S manual or Toyota's supplier quality manual. They may have a specific test laid out.
4) The US government has a lot of supplier specs on the net for tenders etc have a browse thru them they will be very specific. I had a bit of a read once and remember thinking they were , but I couldn't make a tank and they probably wouldn't buy from an Aussie anyway. (Dept of Procurement???)
If I come up with anything new I will post.
