Hello,

I'm new to this community and I have one question for you.

I'm heaving a task to automate a welding / glueing process. The soft PUR (polyurethane) foam must we welded on a solid ground made of PP (polypropilene). Foam has a form of cylinder with a 30mm (1,18 inch) in diameter an 12mm (0,47 inch) in high. The bottom of the foam cylinder must be in the automated process joined to the PP base. The cycle time of assemly system can't exceed 5 seconds.

Thank you for your answers.

Best regards, Tomaz Roblek
