Automated Hole Cutting in Pressure Vessels

Can anyone help me to locate manufactures of automated equipment that will cut preprogrammed holes of various sizes and locations in pressure vessel?

Five-Axis Waterjet would work great! I can send you a video of cutting a 2", 15 degree saddle cuts in a 5" diameter pipe if you like.
