AutoCAD user preferences

How can I transfer my AutoCAD profile/preferences from one computer to another? Is there a way to upload the info from my current computer and then download to anohter computer?

Profiles are saved as *.arg files by using the "Export..." button in the "Profiles" tab of "Options". Use the "Import..." button to upload.
